I love this TED Talk because our childrens' success does not have to be defined by their IQ, test scores, or income level, rather we can encouraged by developing their resiliency to "try, try, again! This TED talk shares how developing "grit" may be a key to success for our children:

As an introvert who has learned over my 50 plus years in our culture how to be an extrovert, I love this TED talk for all those parents with "quiet" children!
